Dynamic Garden Journal

Editorial policy

Dynamic Garden Journal aims to be clear about what it knows, what it is explaining and what remains a matter of taste or circumstance. Our editorial choices put accuracy and reader understanding ahead of sweeping claims.

Accuracy and clarity

We check factual statements against appropriate, accessible references and review wording that could mislead. We distinguish established information from interpretation, avoid claims that cannot be supported and do not present general editorial material as professional advice. When an article depends on particular growing conditions, we make that limitation clear.

Independence and partnerships

Editorial decisions are made separately from commercial arrangements. Paid, sponsored or partner material is identified clearly where it appears, so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial coverage. A partnership does not guarantee favourable coverage, and we do not imply that a product or organisation has been independently tested when it has not.

Corrections

If you spot an error, contact us through the Contact page and identify the page and the point at issue. We review correction requests, amend confirmed errors and make the revised wording clear where the change affects a reader's understanding.

Illustrations

Some illustrations are AI-generated. Where an image is illustrative rather than a documentary depiction, we aim to make that distinction clear; images should not be treated as evidence that a particular garden, person or event exists.

Our point of view

A garden is never quite finished.

We look for the patterns, materials and seasonal shifts that make outdoor spaces interesting, then explain them without pretending one design fits every plot.
